Wondering why you should attend? Here is what previous attendees have shared . . .
The 2012 conference was my first conference and I am so glad I came! It was great to reconnect with people I've become good friends with over the last couple of years and meet new experts I've been watching on Twitter from afar. I had an agenda to ask several people I really respect what their thoughts are on how I can attract more clients and build my business. It was hard to put myself out there . . . but I got some GREAT feedback. Such great insights during the networking sessions and at the dinners will make a big difference in my success. Of course, the line up of speakers was fantastic and I'm developing my action items from that as well.

The 2011 conference was my first, but the information sessions and connections I made were so valuable that I can’t imagine not attending in the future. At the 2011 conference I met another resume writer based just down the street from me here in Denver and we have been getting together and sharing business ideas, experiences and laughs ever since. The conference facilitated that connection along with several others with The NRWA members in my state, which has been such an amazing way to continue the learning that began at the conference. Thank you, The NRWA!

The NRWA Conference offered me the ABC’s to enhance my resume business:
A breath of fresh air with creative resume trends information and recommendations for new and powerful effective keywords and strategies to consider.
Best practices for interview coaching and enhancing client’s portfolio with Social Media & Sustaining Job Clubs.
Colleagues, who are now fellow consultants and friends to expand my resource network.
Don’t miss next year’s conference!

The 2012 conference was my first The NRWA conference and it was so very worthwhile! Great to meet all the people that I usually don't see at other career conferences. I really came away with a lot of useful information!

I am a human resources professional (in telecommunications) who has been writing resumes for 20 years, recently deciding to work on the NRWA professional credential. 2011 was my first participation in an NRWA conference, and it was a great experience! I now have a whole new stable of colleagues representing a wide variety of specialties who are so generous in helping me write the best resume possible. The knowledge I gained “liberated” me from some old fairly rigid ideas, freeing me to experiment and make unique design and content decisions based on individual circumstances. I have never been part of a professional association that is so willing to share information, trying to make us all better writers for our clients. Not a minute was wasted. And what a great group of people! Conference is fabulous!

The 2011 NRWA Conference surpassed all of my expectations. I very much enjoyed the opportunity to commune with my peers and learn about their business models. The accommodations and seminar facilities were top notch, as was the committee’s level of professional organization. Especially valuable to the continued quality of my work, however, were the presentations related to trends in résumé formats and hiring tools. I recommend the annual conference to anyone in a related field. All in all, the event was a highlight of my year. Thanks to all of you who helped to make it so special!
