As owner of CareerPRO Résumé Center in Phoenix, Donna is dedicated to providing quality presentations guaranteed to get results. She began writing Résumés with the American Résumé Service, a national company, in 1988 back before PCs. Never known as a typing expert, she became a cut-and-paste artist.

Then in the early '90s, CareerPRO bought American Resume Service and introduced computers and laser printing to the Résumé--writing industry in Arizona. Donna was consistently recognized as one of the Top 10 producers in her District.

Unfortunately, the CareerPRO corporation didn't last long and each office across the country was offered for sale. Donna was excited for the opportunity "to do her own thing" and expanded to two other offices over the next few years.

Donna has a bachelor's degree in journalism and participates in continuing education through the Professional Association of Résumé Writers, the National Résumé Writers Association and the Résumé Writers Council of Arizona, of which she is president.
