On the corporate side, she has held both recruitment and management positions with US Airways. She was also the Diversity Council Chairperson, where she coordinated various diversity awareness projects, for US Airways at their Philadelphia Hub.
Adelle Dantzler Williams, Dantzler Solutions, has been writing resumes and getting positive results for her customers for many years. In the past, she has worked in training design and managed development projects for Fortune 50 corporations such as Eastman Kodak, NCR, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Nissan Motor Corporation as well as Federal agencies such as the GAO and the US Coast Guard. Evening
in the Gaslamp District
Join us for an evening in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District. NRWA has chartered a bus to transport attendees to and from the District plus attendees are invited to participate in a complimentary tour of the William Heath Davis House, followed by a self-guided walking tour. This house was shipped to San Diego from Maine in 1850, and is the oldest standing building in San Diego. Through the years it has served as a military barracks, hospital, and private residence of San Diego's founder, Alonzo Horton. There are nine rooms to tour, each decorated in a different period in the life of this historic home.
The charter bus will drop those interested in the tour at this historic house, and following the 40 minute tour, you will be provided with a map pointing out interesting architecture and historic facts of the Quarter that you can observe as you walk to your choice of restaurants. For those not interested in the tour we will be arranging group dinners at a variety of restaurants.

About the Presenters
CVs/International — Cliff Eischen, NCRW
Clifford W. Eischen is an Emeritus Professor of Business Administration at Fresno City College, where he served on the faculty for 34 years and as department chairman for 10. Professor Eischen earned his Master's Degree in Business from California State University at Fresno. He has been a consultant and seminar director in résumé and career development, cultural awareness, public and human relations, business law, supervision, and principles of management.
Cliff is an NCRW and co-owner of Eischen’s Professional Résumé Service in Fresno and has been assisting students, new graduates, and professionals fine tune their résumés for more than 30 years. He taught entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Budapest and conducted research in Western Europe regarding employment practices in the region. He is also the principal author of the 2007 publication, Résumés, Cover Letters, Networking and Interviewing, 2nd edition. This text uses building blocks to teach new graduates how to construct a résumé from scratch.
Finance/Banking — Kathy Warwick, NCRW
Kathy Warwick is the owner of Confident Careers, LLC, helping executives uncover and articulate their unique value to the marketplace. Since starting her business in 2002, she has earned certifications in Résumé Writing, Career Coaching, and Personal Branding.
Before starting her careers business Kathy spent 25 years in banking and banking related industries, working her way from Teller to Account Executive to Vice President of Operations. As an account executive at age 25, she was already accustomed to negotiating with senior-level banking executives to bring them the latest in banking technologies.
Now she combines that business experience with her success in career management to deliver services that help clients target positions that support their work and personal needs.
Kathy has served as a First Vice President, a Regional Representative, and a mentor for the NRWA, helping other writers in pursuit of the NCRW certification.
IT — Kevin Morris, NCRW
Kevin Morris is a Nationally Certified Résumé Writer and Reach Certified Personal Branding Strategist who transitioned into résumé writing in 2004 from the IT industry. Over the past four years, Kevin has written more than 1,000 IT résumés representing just about every position in the industry. From entry-level support technicians to software engineers, IT managers and directors, and CIOs, Kevin knows exactly what to include in an IT résumé (and, more importantly, what to leave out) to distinguish his clients at every level.
Kevin recently founded GreenBrand, LLC, a startup career services company catering to the job seekers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who are driving the global green economy movement. While many of his current clients come from outside the IT field, he continues to write IT résumés and advise fellow writers on IT résumé best practices. Kevin is a former NRWA President and currently serves as Second Vice President.
Military Conversions — Bonnie Kurka
Bonnie Kurka has been working with or married to the military for many years. She began her career as a resume writer on a military installation working for a military outplacement contract. She has a Master of Science in Business Organization Management, and several career industry certifications. She is also a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington and has begun specializing in professional presence and first impressions – ways in which professionals can further distinguish themselves in business or their careers.
Bonnie has lived and worked in several states and also in Europe. As a military spouse, she brings firsthand experience in military transitions. She has worked with all ranks and all branches of the military. Bonnie believes that military resumes are sometimes the easiest to write. She’ll tell you her secrets during her talk.
