Members: Register for the conference and take advantage of paying your registration fee by making ten monthly payments of $35. That’s right... we are offering a painless, simple plan for you to easily spread your registration fee payments over the next ten months. Plus, you can renew your membership for $100, a $50 savings!

Non-Members: You are eligible for the same plan, however, you need to become a member. But... we have a special offer for you – you can join NRWA for $100 (regularly $150).

The Doubletree Hotel in Annapolis features the Sweet Dreams by Doubletree sleep experience, complimentary high speed Internet access in all rooms, and much more. We have negotiated a room rate of $129/night.

Make your room reservation early! There is a home Navy football game the weekend we are in Annapolis, so if you miss out on our guaranteed room block, you will have a difficult time securing a room.

Cancellations received (in writing) before 7/1/09 will be fully refunded minus a 20% (of amount paid) processing fee; between 7/1/09 and 8/15/09, 50% of paid amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for no-shows and cancellations after 8/15/09. Those who cancel their conference attendance (and receive a refund) will be required to pay the additional $50 towards their membership dues, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
