How I help
Working with job seekers across the whole spectrum of industries and occupations, from new grads to experienced executives, I provide customized services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I deliver all services via phone, email, and video chat. My approach includes:

☑ In-depth interview/consultation to clarify your career goals, areas of expertise, and the overriding theme of your career.
☑ Optional DISCStyles behavioral assessment to identify your behavioral strengths, ideal work environment, and value you bring to the table.
☑ A custom-designed and ATS-friendly resume that positions you for your target job and distinguishes you from your competition. I design resumes for both private sector and federal job opportunities.
☑ Branded and keyword-optimized content to build your LinkedIn profile along with coaching on how to optimize your profile, expand our network, and search for employment.
☑ Interview coaching, including a written guide for “acing the interview” and video role playing.

If I can’t provide you with something you need at a price you can afford, I am committed to helping you find someone who can.

Combining expert knowledge of best practices and industry standards pertaining to resumes, job search letters, and LinkedIn profiles, I offer the following:

☑ Instruction of the NRWA’s Writing Excellence Certification Preparation Program, nine-weeks of online instruction for independent resume writers and college career center/workforce development center professionals.
☑ Proofreading and copy editing services on everything from job search documents to website content and marketing materials.
☑ One-on-one mentoring to help resume writers improve their skills and/or pursue the NCRW.

If you are a company who wants to assist their employees impacted by a reduction in force (RIF) or you’re a school or nonprofit organization that assist students/clients with finding employment, I offer the following:

☑ Development of curriculum and supplemental materials for teaching various job search topics, including career exploration, resume writing, LinkedIn, job search strategies, and interviewing.
☑ On-site and virtual workshops, ranging from one hour sessions to multiple sessions extending over days or weeks.
