About Shannon Rollins:
Shannon Rollins is the owner of LivWell Paige Life Coaching in Orlando, Florida where she helps business professionals create more joy in and out of the office through her 1-on-1 Career Coaching services and Work-Life Balance Programs.
After receiving a Masters Degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida, she went on to work in Corporate Wellness and Population Health Management for approximately 8 years. She also was an adjunct Professor at Eastern Florida State College, teaching Health and Wellness Courses. Shannon is a Master Certified Life Coach, Certified Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. Her passion is enhancing human potential and watching people outgrow themselves and break through their limitless potential.
