As a member-driven association, the NRWA relies on volunteers to maintain operations, grow the membership base, spearhead new educational opportunities, and lead future-focused initiatives.
The Executive Board includes the President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Appointed chairs oversee certification, professional development, membership, marketing, sponsor relations, conference planning, and written communications. Directors of Member Support (DOMS) serve as liaisons to our 600+ members across several segments: newly launched business owners, experienced business owners, those serving in college career centers, and those who provide services within workforce/community organizations. These representatives create networking and educational opportunities for members within their industry sector.
